1/119 Rakau Road Hataitai, Wellington City

Originally built in the 1920's, I am sure that there would be many stories this home could tell. However, the current chapter that needs to be written is one of renovation. A power of work has already been undertaken by the current owner, but more is needed. A fantastic project for someone to add value and create their ideal home and income or two flat property in this convenient Hataitai location.

Configured as a four bedroom property upstairs and a one bedroom flat down. This is the ideal location to ensure a full tenancy all year round. 117 Rakau Road, owned by the same vendors, is also on the market. They are both seriously for sale so why not make the most of this situation and buy two!

Property is being sold as is where is.
